Installation Process
Our experienced operations team tours each building, identifies screen and event placements in lobbies and other public areas and gathers key building information. We recommend screen placements in areas that make sense for the building, tenants and advertisers and suggest displays with finishes that match their surrounding environment. Screen placement is a collaborative effort & we propose locations based upon visibility, space, building codes, safety, power and data availability and the lowest impact installation. Our team of Property Service Representatives then presents the plans for consideration and approval and then works with you to secure any necessary approvals from JV partners, owners associations and/or ground lessors. After building plans are finalized, our team coordinates the installation of the screens within your properties, including touring the buildings with engineers and electrical contractors to determine how power and data will be supplied. We keep your property management team abreast of screen shipments and installation schedules while we handle everything else and execute on the plan.
