Jim Harris, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Harris brings a 20-year track record of achievement in consulting, strategy, planning, product development, brand management, integrated marketing and market research to OMN. Jim is also the principal and founder of Thoughtstep, a Chicago-based strategic marketing consultancy serving leading traditional and new economy companies. During his career, Jim has led strategic and marketing consulting engagements for clients including: Google, Excite, The National Football League, Hyatt Hotels, Gillette, Citibank, FOX, Miller Brewing, Molson Breweries, Lands’ End, The Thermos Company, Audible, Sony, Activision, and Time Warner,. Before creating ThoughtStep, Jim was a founding partner of Z Group, a marketing consulting firm founded by ex-Coca-Cola marketing chief Sergio Zyman.

Prior to forming OMN, Jim was a founder and managing director of Equity Office Media Network, an in-house advertising division of Equity Office Properties – the nation’s largest publicly held owner and manager of commercial office buildings. Jim also served as chief marketing officer for Allied Riser Communications, a successful commercial office and venture backed broadband services company. Earlier in his career, Jim served as an executive with Miller Brewing Company and with DDB Needham Worldwide Advertising.

Jim graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. and received a Masters of Management from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. His views have been featured on CNN's Moneyline, in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Nation's Business, ESPN: The Magazine, New York Magazine and Brandweek, and he has served as advertising columnist for Street & Smith's Sports Business Journal. Jim has lectured on integrated marketing at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.

Tim Donmoyer, Chief Financial Officer

Tim is one of the leading financial executives in the outdoor and marketing services industries.  He started his career as an investment banker at Bear Stearns & Co., where he developed a specialization in outdoor advertising, leading and executing significant M&A’s and financing deals for a broad range of companies in the outdoor industry.  Tim joined Eller Media Company in 1995 as chief financial officer and served in that capacity through more than 200 acquisitions and the sale of the company to Clear Channel in 1997 for $1.2 billion.  Upon leaving Eller in 1999, Tim became CFO of Lighthouse Holdings, a venture-backed marketing services holding company.  In 18 months, he acquired a portfolio of 17 companies delivering more than $200 million in sales and $48 million in EBITDA before selling the company to Cordiant Communications for $600 million in 2000.  Tim also owned and operated Aztec Media, a Chicago-based outdoor advertising business until selling it to Eller in 1995.

Prior to forming OMN, Tim was a founder and managing director of Equity Office Media Network.  Tim serves on the boards of three outdoor advertising entities and holds a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College.

Paul Simon, Managing Director

Paul is one of the most respected and experienced minds in the fields of media, marketing and commercial law, having served most prominently as vice president, secretary and general counsel of Universal Outdoor.  At OMN, Paul is responsible for oversight of all legal and public affairs and the development of new media opportunities.

Paul began his career with a clerkship for US Appeals Judge Latham Castle.  He spent eight years in private practice with McBride Baker & Coles and Keck, Mahin & Cate.  In 1989, Paul joined Universal Outdoor as general counsel, at which time it operated about 400 displays in Chicago.  In Paul’s nine years with the company, it grew to operate more than 33,000 displays in 25 cities.  Paul participated in negotiations to acquire Universal's displays as well as several private and public debt and equity offerings, including Universal Outdoor's Initial Public Offering in July 1996 (NASDAQ: UOUT) and the company’s acquisition by Eller Media in 1998.  During this time, Paul also formed Paul G. Simon & Associates, a four-lawyer commercial law firm, where he served as partner until 1998. 

After the acquisition of Universal by Eller, Paul joined private investment company BP Capital and formed PSA Group to provide government affairs and public relations services to businesses and property owners.  Paul has remained active in the out-of-home advertising industry, providing consulting services to clients including Clear Channel Outdoor, Lamar Outdoor Advertising Company, Viacom Outdoor, Inc. and the Outdoor Advertising Association of Illinois.  Prior to forming OMN, Paul was a founder and managing director of Equity Office Media Network.

Paul graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. and Northwestern Law School with a J.D, where he was a cum laude graduate and served as editor of the Northwestern Law Review.

Mark Mitchell, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mark Mitchell is a seasoned media sales executive, with experience that spans traditional broadcast television, internet and out-of-home digital networks. Prior to joining OMN, Mr. Mitchell spent the past five years as Executive Vice President of Sales for Premiere Retail Networks (PRN), the world’s largest provider of retail television services. Top retailers such as Albertsons, Best Buy, Circuit City, Costco, SAM’S CLUB and Wal-Mart were among the partners included in PRN’s portfolio. During Mr. Mitchell’s tenure as head of local and national advertising, sales at the company increased five-fold, leading to PRN’s acquisition by the French media conglomerate Thomson in 2005.

Prior to PRN, Mark spent more than 10 years with the ABC Television Network, holding several senior management positions in many dayparts, including Senior Vice President of Sales for the Network's Daytime, Children's, and SoapNet division. At it’s peak, sales activity under Mr. Mitchell exceeded over $1B. He also served as Senior Vice President of Sales for POGO.com, managing a 27-member national sales force for this leading on-line family games service prior to its merger with Electronic Arts.

Mr. Mitchell began his career in advertising at Young & Rubicam, New York, in the network television purchasing/programming department. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida.

Rob Lee, Chief Technology Officer

Rob brings more than 18 years of experience and leadership in technology integration, product development and engineering management to Office Media Network.  By leading engineering organizations in the design and development of business-oriented products and services that utilize advanced communication, custom electronics and sophisticated software components, Rob has pioneered many leading-edge interactive delivery technologies.  He has been credited with bringing to market the world's first videoconferencing kiosk, formulating an award-winning OEM interactive video kiosk product line and developing an internet-based interactive video conferencing software. 

As a co-founder of BroadStar, Inc., Rob lead the design and deployment of its innovative community-based network, delivering residential telephone, cable television, high-speed Internet and home security services.  Rob participates in technology advisory groups, providing broadband services in partnership with real estate developers and national builders.  As a co-founder & CEO of DynaZign, Inc., Rob and his partners provided electronic solutions to industrial clients, such as Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Fuelman Fleet Card.  Rob has led software development teams at Convey Systems in pioneering web-conferencing for call-center companies, (i.e. Convergence and Market Central), creating firewall-friendly voice, video, and data conferencing.

Earlier in his career, Rob directed the development of an interactive MDU network for Able Networks incorporating sleek interactive kiosks, multi-function set-top boxes and an advanced network infrastructure.  As Aegis Technologies’ CTO, he authored several technology patents, led development efforts for electronic signature devices, remote control document scanning software, a multi-point video controller, remote kiosk-based check printing, and authored the company's original remote presentation software product.  Rob earned his degree in computer science at George Mason University. 

Beth Phillips, Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Operations

Beth brings a 12-year track record of success and a broad range of experience in commercial real estate investments, finance, business development, strategy, operations and media to OMN.  As one of the founding members of OMN, Beth is responsible for overseeing the company's real estate development and operations.  Prior to OMN, Beth was instrumental in the formation of Equity Office Media Network (EOMN), an advertising and media division of Equity Office Properties Trust, the nation's largest publicly held owner and manager of commercial office buildings.  After forming EOMN, Beth joined the company as director of strategy and corporate development where she helped originate over 500 media displays and 150 event venues in six major markets and played a key role in the company's strategic planning, operations and execution. 

Prior to EOMN, Beth was director of investments and business development for Equity Office, where she sourced and managed various real estate investment and new business opportunities for the company.  Beth played a key role in the development and management of EO Access, a division of Equity Office formed to source ancillary revenue from portfolio properties through partnerships with technology, advertising and tenant service companies. 

Earlier in her career, Beth worked in finance and operations for Equity Office and Hartmarx Corporation.  She graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Illinois CPA Society. 

Brett Greenberg, Senior Vice President, Property Development

Mr. Greenberg brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to OMN and will be responsible for developing OMN's east coast real estate partnerships. Prior to joining OMN, Mr. Greenberg was Senior Vice President of Leasing for SL Green Realty Corporation where he was responsible for overseeing leasing, marketing and asset management efforts for the firm's 28 building, 18 million square foot Manhattan office portfolio. Prior to that, Brett served as Managing Director of Equity Office Properties Trust, where he led strategic leasing and marketing efforts for EOP's Manhattan office portfolio for 11 years. His keen knowledge of the New York real estate landscape has enabled him to negotiate and structure more than five and one half million square feet of leasing transactions throughout his career. Mr. Greenberg started his commercial real estate career as a leasing broker with CB Richard Ellis and prior to that worked with Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs.

Brett graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. degree in Finance. He previously served on the Board of Governors for Young Men's/Women's Real Estate (YMWREA), is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and is the former President of the New York/Connecticut/Westchester Chapter of the National Association of Office Properties (NAIOP). Brett also founded the Real Estate Award Breakfast in Fairfield County, CT , which he chaired for 4 years.

Gil Stedman, Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Gil oversees the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of all OMN screens.  He brings over 10 years of experience in operations management in the out-of-home advertising industry for companies like Equity Office Media Network and Clear Channel Outdoor.   Previously, Gil managed his own operational consulting firm working with a variety of out-of-home companies and served as a director for the Arizona Sign Association.  Gil is president of Westridge Development, Inc., an Arizona development and consulting company.
