As a consultant, you will support the development and implementation of digital infrastructure within new working environments for our clients in Austria and Germany with your consulting skills and expertise.

You have the experience and the ability to understand our customers’ requirements and connect them with digital technology. This involves solutions and services that simplify and make the work and communication of our customers more efficient. This includes everything from room booking systems and digital signage to video conferencing technology and audio equipment for event and seminar rooms.

 

  • Designing and creating use cases, activity profiles, and implementation-ready concepts.
  • Designing customer consultations in workshops, as well as communicating with architects and building planners.
  • Developing and selecting suitable technologies and applications, especially in the context of connectivity, presentation and collaboration scenarios.
  • Responsible for budget and deadlines for implementation.

Your role

As a Worktech Consultant (m/f/d), you are the interface between the client, architecture, and technology.
You analyze requirements, develop concepts, and independently lead projects to success.

Your tasks:

  • Advising companies on the digitalization of their work environments.
  • Development of use cases, concepts and solutions for smart office technologies (e.g., collaboration, room and booking systems, digital signage, conference and media technology)
  • Workshops with clients, architects, project developers and building planners.
  • Selection and planning of suitable systems (with the support of our specialist planners and CAD teams)
  • Responsibility for budget, deadlines and quality.

What we expect from you

  • Completed university degree or relevant practical experience in the field of IT, media technology or security solutions.
  • Experience in ICT infrastructure projects (consulting or project management)
  • Proximity to and access to project developers, building owners, or architectural firms are a strong advantage.
  • Enjoying personal responsibility, self-initiative and self-discipline – with us, these are not just buzzwords, but a lived culture.
  • Confident demeanor when dealing with customers and a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Basic English skills (at least A2 level) for international alignments.
