Employees use their smartphones to book workplaces and meeting rooms for video conferences, share content with colleagues via intelligent displays in the meeting rooms, find colleagues who are in the building or pay for food and drinks contactless in the in-house restaurant. They submit service requests to IT or book an e-bike for the way home. Afterwards, they literally enter Private Mode and can thus relax from everyday work.

Hybrid Collaboration Experience
Sharing content from a smartphone with other participants during a team meeting in the room – without having to connect with a cable or other gadget beforehand – is easy in the HoC. Content sharing by OFFICEMEDIA. True to our motto: Connect Technology, People and Places.
A combination of microphones and loudspeakers (line arrays or Sennheiser) installed in the ceiling delivers brilliant listening experiences in the room and for remote participants in video conferences. If required, a room view can support the addition of a second camera. An auto-tracking camera above the room view is an additional feature for remote participants.
